Through health and fitness I have found my most extraordinary internal strength. I found this thing that gives me strength and hope no matter what. I found myself between the dumbbells, the sets, the reps, and the sweat that drips down as I power through every workout. I fell in love with a strength that only depends on me. I am breakable, but what makes me indestructible is that I’ve learned I can overcome anything with a lot of perseverance, resilience, grit, consistency, determination, positive self-talk, self-care and time. No matter what breaks you, you have the power to overcome it.
I discovered that my biggest fulfillment isn’t in lifting myself up, but it’s in lifting YOU up. It’s in motivating you to be the best version of yourself. Motivating you to keep showing up for yourself and to keep pressing forward. Small progress each day adds up over time. It’s showing others that they to have the power to overcome anything and achieve anything they want. I’m just a girl that is driven by health and fitness. It has allowed me to find my most extraordinary internal strength, my fire and my purpose. Along the way being able to motivate and inspire others gives me such joy.
Now when you’re on that line between giving up and seeing how much more you can take.... remember these are the seconds that you are building, growing, evolving, and strengthening every part of YOU.
So when you’re at your whits end and you want to stop, don’t.

Here is everything that I keep in my gym bag on a regular basis. I highly recommend all of these products.
Loop Resistance bands are for activating your glutes. See my blog post that explains why activating your glutes is so very important in order to properly grow and strengthen them.
Everyone needs a good pair of lifting gloves, they help prevent hard calluses from forming on your hands.
The cables straps can be used for multiple purposes, but I personally use mine for glute cable kick backs.
To stay hyped and motivated throughout my workouts I love listening to my favorite workout playlists with my air pods or my beats headphones. This help me sooo much to stay pumped up throughout my entire workout!!
I like using a bar pad when I squat and when I do weighted hip thrusts. It helps prevent you for getting bruises and to me it’s much more comfortable.
I especially recommend the Hypervolt and the Posture Magic Massage Balls! These products are amazing! They can be used for myofascial release, trigger points and to massage sore muscles. Both of these products are my go to when I have a painful trigger point that needs attention or when I need a relaxing massage. Many other off-brand massage guns are terribly loud and obnoxious. I can’t deal with that when I’m trying to relax. The hypervolt thankfully is super quiet and features a quiet glide technology so you can relax while using it.
I use my harbinger lifting straps when I’m performing deadlifts and heavy lat pull downs. They allow me to have a better grip and hold on to the bar so I can make sure to finish my reps without the bar slipping through my hands.
